Its okay to not be okay

“Stop crying like a baby” “Why are you so sensitive?” “Who cries over this?” “Just chill out”

Aren’t we all so weird? We judge people and when they do something, we blame them again for not opening up to us. Wouldn’t the world seem much more bearable if we have no filters on our emotions? Isn’t it more than okay to actually express what you feel? Because it’s the ‘not being able to share’ that makes us so mentally ill. It is okay to cry, it is okay to vent, it is okay to be yourself
