Oroddho Health is a non-for-profit initiative in Bangladesh, providing 100% free mental health support through Psychological First Aid and Peer-Support, especially to young adults and teenagers. Our aim is to break the stigma surrounding mental health by raising awareness and providing primary mental healthcare free of charge

Oroddho Health was founded in July 2019 by Awsaf Karim. So far, we have provided service to over 700 individuals and positively impacted over 9000 lives worldwide. We also have referral centres around the country where our clients can get assistance from psychologists and psychiatrists at a low cost. Our initiative was awarded the Johnson & Johnson One Young World Scholarship in 2021 for our contribution to the mental health sector of Bangladesh.
